EULA - End User License Agreement

CRONSOFT SOFTWARES[FOLDERSENSE PRO] END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT UNTIL LICENSEE HAS CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. USING THIS PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE SINGLE END-USER OF THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE (THE "LICENSEE") ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF LICENSEE AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CLICK ON THE 'I AGREE' BUTTON; OTHERWISE, CLICK ON THE 'EXIT' BUTTON.

CRONSOFT SOFTWARES represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of all of the individuals and entities for whom (or for whose Device) you obtain permission;

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Licensee acknowledges that Licensee has read this agreement and understands this agreement (the "Agreement") is the final, complete and exclusive statement of the entire agreement between CRONSOFT SOFTWARES and Licensee. This Agreement supersedes any prior and contemporaneous proposals, purchase orders, advertisements, and all other communications in relation to the subject matter of this agreement, whether oral or written. No terms or conditions, other than those contained in this Agreement, and no other understanding or agreement which in any way modifies these terms and conditions, shall be binding upon CRONSOFT SOFTWARES unless made by a written agreement, executed by duly authorized representatives of both CRONSOFT SOFTWARES and Licensee.

LICENSED SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION LICENSE
Cronsoft Softwares Grants License which is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, hereby grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Software you purchase or otherwise properly acquire.

INSTALLATION RIGHTS
A. LICENSE : The Software is licensed not sold. Under this agreement we grant you the rights to install and run ONE instance of the software on ONE device (the licensed device), for use by one person at a time, So long as you comply with all the terms of this agreement.
B. DEVICE : In this agreement "device" means a hardware system (whether physical or virtual) with an internal storage device capable of running the software.

USAGE
1. CRONSOFT SOFTWARES is not responsible for any Problems Occured by the use of this Software, on the Licensee Hardware or Software or Data. So Use this Software on your own risk.
2. Licensee may not alter, assign, create derivative works, decompile, disassemble, distribute, lease, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, transfer or translate in any way the Licensed Software or Documentation.
3. If either the Licensed Software or Documentation is used in any way not expressly and specifically permitted by this License, then the License shall immediately terminate. Upon the termination of the License, Licensee shall thereafter make no further use of the Licensed Software or Documentation, and Licensee shall delete all licensed materials from the CentralProcessing Unit.
4. In Trial Version, Licensee Must unlock all the protected folder before completing 30 days. Failing in doing so will render the Protected Folder [DATA] unlockable. And will only be unlocked using FULL Version of the Cronsoft FolderSense Pro.
5. Don't protect important files/Folders using the trial edition. Because any change in the system date or time will render your data as expired. And then it will only be unlocked using full version only. Important data must be protected only with full version of Cronsoft FolderSense Pro.
6. The terms of this license, as well as the Cronsoft FolderSense User Interface, Documentation, and Working Strategy are subjects of changes in future without any prior notice.

DISTRIBUTING
You may make copies of unregistered version of the Product for distribution in CD/DVD or by other means for the sole purpose of advertisement, exposure, bundle etc. However you cannot sell Copies of the Product for a profit Unless, You are a Cronsoft Software reseller or an affiliate, you have exclusive rights to sell the full version of the products in legal manner. Individuals other than resellers and affiliates cannot distribute full versions, registration key, serial no., such a distribution will be considered Illegal and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent under the law.

WARNING
If you use Cronsoft FolderSense for purposes or in a manner not expressly authorised by this agreement, You are committing a material breach of this agreement and may violate applicable copyright laws provided by CRONSOFT SOFTWARES for the product will terminate immediately following your breach.

Refer your countries Encryption Laws before using this product. CRONSOFT SOFTWARES under any circumstances will not be liable for any issues arises from use of the product.

WARRANTIES
1. NO WARRANTY ON LICENSED SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. CRONSOFT SOFTWARES licenses the Licensed Software and Documentation solely on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The entire risk of quality and performance is with Licensee. The Software and Documentation are not represented to be error-free. If either the Licensed Software, Documentation or both prove to be defective,The CRONSOFT SOFTWARES is not responsible for any kind of Problems occured by the use of this software. The Licensee must use the software on its own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL CRONSOFT SOFTWARES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, INFORMATION, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, DATA OR USE) EVEN IF CRONSOFT SOFTWARES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CRONSOFT SOFTWARES IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLAIMS BY A THIRD PARTY.
